Refund & Return Policy

At Tempting Eden, your satisfaction and your privacy matter to us. Because of the intimate nature of our products, we follow strict hygiene standards to protect every customer.

All sales are final on opened or used items.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any product that has been opened, used, or removed from its original sealed packaging. This includes toys, lubricants, body products, lingerie, and costumes.

Defective items
If your product arrives defective or stops working within [30] days of delivery, we'll make it right. Contact us at hello@temptingeden.com with your order number, a brief description of the problem, and a photo or short video if possible. Once confirmed, we'll send you a replacement of the same item or issue a refund to your original payment method. Defects do not include damage from misuse, improper charging, or use of incompatible lubricants.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within [7] days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, and you won't need to pay return shipping.

Unopened items
Unopened items in their original factory-sealed packaging may be returned within [14] days of delivery for a refund, minus original shipping costs. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact us first for return instructions; returns sent without authorization cannot be accepted.

Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped. Please email us as soon as possible, since orders are processed quickly.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–7] business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit. For your privacy, refunds appear under the same discreet billing name as your original purchase.
