The product itself is great but the bottle makes it worthless. I’ve ordered this product four times and twice I have received a bottle where the pump doesn’t work so it appears if you purchase this product you have a 50% chance that you will get a defective bottle which will make this a totally useless purchase. Please be aware before you purchase this item that it CANNOT be returned for a refund so you’re taking your chances.4/10/13 Update: So I contacted Amazon and told them about the defect and they offered to send a replacement. I received the replacement today and once again I received a bottle where the pump doesn’t work so now I have two completely useless bottles.
